限塑20天 海口一些菜市场仍用免费塑料袋

海南省“限塑令”实施已20天了，目前，商场超市执行的情况整体不错，农贸市场执行的情况如何呢？6月20日上午，记者跟随省市工商部门组成的检查组，来到海口部分农贸市场进行了调研走访。

记者在采访中发现，目前尽管部分农贸市场的摊主们已按规定使用环保塑料袋，但由于价格原因，很多消费者还接受不了环保袋收钱。还有不少农贸市场仍在使用不合格的免费塑料袋。业内人士呼吁政府能够给予一定补贴，以打破农贸市场“限塑”瓶颈。

环保袋收钱

不少顾客不能接受

20日上午，记者跟随工商检查人员来到新改造不久的海口市龙昆南农贸市场。在这里记者发现，多数摊主都已在使用符合规定的环保塑料袋，而消费者对此却不太买账，多数人提着自备的工具在买菜。

20日上午10时多，记者看到在该市场胡先生的蔬菜摊位上，摆着一大叠印有环保标志的环保塑料袋，但不少买菜的顾客都不愿要。胡先生苦笑着告诉记者，海口限塑后，市场要求摊主们购买环保塑料袋，后来摊主们都进了环保塑料袋，但不少消费者都不愿意掏钱购买。

胡先生说，之所以顾客不愿意用，都是因为价格原因。摊主进的环保袋按规格大小从1 至3毛不等，顾客们以前都养成了买菜时免费使用塑料袋的习惯。现在蔬菜价格又贵，买把菜还要另外多付几毛钱，多数人都不愿意。胡先生说，其实，他们提供环保袋时，买时多少钱就卖多少钱，一分都不敢多收，但不少顾客还是不能接受。

这时，胡先生摊位旁的另一个摊位上，一名女顾客正在购买一把豆角，而当女摊主拿出个环保袋给其盛装起来时，该女顾客马上说“不买了”。无奈，摊主只好把塑料袋放下来。

记者注意到，市场内的一个很好的现象，来买菜的消费者，好多人都自备工具，有的提着菜篮子，有的提着衣服等的包装袋。但随后记者走访了海口市新华果副市场、培龙市场等几家农贸市场，却发现这几家农贸市场的一些摊主，仍在使用不合格的黑色塑料袋，免费提供给消费者。
